When you place an order, you accept the general terms and conditions below, applicable to House of Lavine.

Order

 

All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT. The price for shipping is displayed when you go to checkout. When you order products on www.gabriellavine.dk, you will receive an order confirmation to the specified e-mail address after the purchase. You must be 18 years to shop at gabriellavine.dk - if you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.

Payment

 

You have the following 2 options for payment:

 

1. Payment cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron

2. MobilePay

Security

​

Gabriellavine.dk, uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

For customized products, the amount is deducted when the production or design is started. Never send money to gabriellavine.dk per letter. We cannot assume responsibility for any lost cash, cheques, stamps or anything else sent to gabriellavine.dk per letter.

Delivery

Deliveries in Denmark: between the 8 and 14 days

Deliveries EU: between the 14 and 21 days

​

You will always be informed of this price of the ordered product.

​

In the event of unsuccessful delivery with special transport, our costs for re-delivery will be charged.

​

Delays

 

If delays occur, the customer is only entitled to cancel the agreement if, at the same time as the agreement was entered into, he has specified the meaning of delivery at the exact specified time, and that he has been informed by gabriellavine.dk that this could be complied with.

Transport damage

 

Immediately upon receipt, check whether the packaging has any visible damage. If the item is damaged in transit, do NOT acknowledge receipt. The carrier must take the package back, and you are then asked to contact us about this. If you only discover the damage to the item after receipt, you must contact us immediately with documentation of the damage. Including damage to both the product and the packaging. Always make sure to save the packaging until the case is settled, as it serves as decisive documentation for the transport damage. If we do not have the necessary documentation, we unfortunately cannot reimburse a product damaged in transport.

Right of withdrawal

Please note that your 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, as most of the products at gabriellavinde.dk is.

​

In the case of products that are specially manufactured, by law there is only the right of withdrawal until production begins.

​

If you discover an error in a newly created order, it is important that you contact us immediately by e-mail contact@gabriellavine.dk. This could be, for example, if you have ordered the wrong size.

If the production of your order has not yet started, we can cancel your order free of charge. However, if the production of your order has already been started, you will be invoiced in whole or in part for the order, depending on how far along it is in the process.

Right of complaint

 

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act.

Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.

You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the defect.

The right of complaint does not apply to errors or damages that have occurred as

a result of incorrect treatment of the purchase.

Please read the instructions carefully, which we'll send in your email when ordering.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
